[Resolved] Samsung — no service provided to warranty product | |||
My brother found colour difference on the screen on his galaxy j8 64. Therefore, i raised service ticket [protected] on 5/4/19. From the service record problem mentioned as colour spread and product returned without solution. Service centre also noticed and confirmed no physical damage happened on this product. I cant understand how internal damage happened to this product with gorilla glass and metal body. I am using my all gadgets with extreme care, and still this mobile not experienced any such bad situation We are expecting samsung will provide solution to this case as early as possible or unit replacement Shijin [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

False claims of installation. Wasted my 2 working days. No one called. No one came to visit. Customer care online gave false assurance false dates false time.

In pf details my DOB is 01/01/1990 and my actual DOB is 12/10/1991.
I have already complaint many times to the pf department and HR too.
