[Resolved] Samsung — pathetic customer care support for full definition hd led tv | |||||
I purchased a k5000 40" led tv on 7/9 and since then no one has given me a call from customer care for demo and installation. I have raised a service request [protected] with the customer care and called them multiple times. Every time the executive will say i will get a call before 8pm to fix the appointment but i haven't got a single call yet. This is one of the pathetic customer service experience i had and i am planning to return the product if i am not getting response by tomorrow. Sep 10, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved It has been a prompt response after posting my complaint in this forum. I got an email from Samsung customer care support within an hour since my posting and the issue got resolved in next 3 hours. Customer executive called me for the appointment despite being Sunday and he gave the demo and finished the installation before 7 pm today. He has been quite fast and gave me few nice technical tips as well. I am glad that Samsung support team did raise to the expectations though I had to do multiple follow ups initially. Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
