[Resolved] Samsung — Pre-Book Offer Issue | |
I have Booked two samsung galaxy S21 Ultra devices on the 15th of January, Which cost a pretty penny.One for me and one for my brother as a gift. The problem now is that i am unable to redeem the prebook offer on my brothers phone. The customer care hasnt been the least helpful they just keep repeating the same thing it has been escalated and the other thing where if i add my sim card to the other device and wait for 72hrs then i will be able to avail the offer on that phone. Now suddenly its changed to only one phone per mobile number and i cannot avail the offer on the other device. This is ridiculous as no where in the site during the booking process did i come across a legible writing saying one device per mobile number. Can someone help me with this.
