The product was delivered around 12 pm, the package has three layers.
The outer polybag, the secondary cardboard box and the product box.
The outer polybag and the secondary cardboard box was intact and fine. But the company seal on the product box was broken (cleanly cut using a blade), the box was empty, the watch, the charger and the invoice all were missing.
I want a refund for my purchase or the product as it is promised.
This is my second complaint on the consumer forum, I don't got any resolution for the first one.
I have complained many times in Samsung Customer Care, even talked to the team leader Mr. KUMAR KARTIKE and Customer Support Center Supervisor, Head Office, Gurugram JITENDRA Singh Thakur, but there is no resolution.
I have put in my money in buying this watch and didn't received any resolution or the product.
I don't know anything about the investigating process done by Samsung to resolve my issue.
They are not doing any investigation regarding my problem and denied any resolution from their side.
I request Consumer Forum to help me get justice, I don't know where else to go.
There are a lot of features in the watch that can be used by Samsung to find the actual culprit.
I hope Consumer Forum will help me and believe there is still good present in the world.
