Hi i am customer of Samsung refrigerator and bought this one and half year back with 4 years extended warranty with Samsung. After one year of warranty the fridge gas leaked was identify and we called the service provider, and he did the work and again last month on March 23 there was some water leakage inside the fridge. Samsung representee came and checked and told us that we cannot fix as the fridge is defected piece and there is some problem in it which cannot be fixed and told me to give the fridge back and take the amount of 86% of the total invoice.
I have one questing to be asked to Samsung company why always customer is suffering the loss why can't Samsung give me replacement of same litre and my 3 years extended warranty added to replacement fridge.
I have all product of Samsung need the above things to be sorted out and want to speak to some senior person who have right to decide.
Hope we as customer don't want any defected piece from a branded company like Samsung.
