On 17/12/2016, i bought a samsung refrigerator trivandrum, kerala, india. I had to log a complaint with samsung on 25th september, 2017. The problem was bottom portion of the fridge was not cooling and there was severe ice formation. Fridge is at service centre To resolve the problem if you could issue a refund back to me.
