Samsung — Refrigerator not cooling and service centre not responding | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I bought Samsung refrigerator ( model no.SAMSUNG FF C 523L RY54K6558SL REAL SSL)on 12th August 2019.And exactly after 12 months of warranty, it stopped cooling in the month of June 2021.A complaint was lodged with the customer support, wherein the technician replaced a valve and filled gas, in the month of July.Hardly into 1 month of repair, it again stopped cooling.We lodged a complaint with the same service centre(RLogic Technology Services) who came in and again said the gas filling was required.However when the technician came, he identified that sensor and fan needs to be changed. The parts were ordered and replaced on 9th September 2021, however the problem still persists.There isn't any cooling.The fridge compartment shows 18-20° instead of 2-4°. The complaint was lodged again which is not taken care of.Have been calling the service centre since then n they all have vanished.They haven't showed up to repair the appliance.
