[Resolved] Samsung — Refund not received | |
I ordered Samsung M51 worth Rs.22, 539 on 8 july 2021. On 20 July 2021 order got cancelled by Samsung itself. I didnt request for any cancelleation or changes in order, but I dont know why they cancelled my order and initiated refund. Refund is initiated on 20 July 2021, its almost 13 Aug 2021 today and yet to receive the amount. Everytime I call to their useless customercare I receive only one response that my refund initiated on 20 july 2021. but no details of status of the refund. Kindly look into this and necessary action against the fraudulent behaviour of Samsung India. Was this information helpful? | |
