I ordered a mobile and an adapter through Samsung shop app vide order id # [protected] on dated 18.07.2022. But on dated 20.07.2022 I requested to cancel the said order due to some reason. My order has duly been cancelled and I received a message on dated 25.07.2022 from Samsung that my refund will be initiated within 7-10 days.
But I regret to inform you that I did not get my refund against my order ID# [protected] even after requesting many times through every medium via email or chat with Samsung customer care executives. Every time I am being told that concerned team is working on your issue. But no action for my refund has been made till date. This is harassment of a customer.
My concern is already raised through concern/ticket ID # 65318760 which I got through email on dated 29.07.2022.
Please initiate my refund
