[Resolved] Samsung — Refund not yet received for damaged refrigerator | |||
My order No. [protected] I received the refrigerator in damaged condition. After complaining product was reverse picked up after 15 days. Now another 15 days passed they didn’t bother about refund the amount. Order placed on 25th October 2020. Reverse pickup done on 14th November 2020. Thereafter no body responding to initiate the refund process Was this information helpful? | |||

Please don’t go for Samsung estoppel website. If you still need Samsung product it’s better to take it from local shop or dealer.
