[Resolved] Samsung — s20+ camera error | |||
I am Vivek Sukumar from Thrissur. I had purchased the S20+ on 07 Mar 2020, cosmic grey. Later i faced issues with the camera app, with random glitches on the pictures taken (for the 64MP sensor). Yesterday I had traveled 40 min to the Thrissur Samsung service center and told them this issue and requested the replacement as i am sure the issue would be hardware. They were very unprofessional and told that it may be a software issue (just a software issue for a flagship!!). They were telling to check again after the installation of the software, but this issue is a random one. so if i face the issue after this week, i will be screwed. I request you to replace the PHONE ASAP, else i would be moving back to my Iphone. WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
