[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung Galaxy S10 | |||
I bought Samsung S10 in Nov-2020 through Flipkart. On 19-Feb-21, phone started having display problem - A white bar displayed in the bottom of the screen. The phone looks as new as it was delivered to in Nov-2020. There are no scratch, absolutely not a slightest physical damage on the phone. It was never fallen and any sort of physical impact to the phone. However, Samsung service center is forcing to accept the reason that "phone must have fallen" and rejecting to consider the repair under the warranty. If Samsung has to force customer to accept whatever reason they give then there is no meaning of warranty. I have written to Samsung Country head and CEO as well. And waiting for their response.
