[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung M31 Mobile Not Repaired Under Extended Warranty | |||
Dear Samsung My M31 mobile got screen dead on 14th July 21, so i visited Samsung authorized service center (Kavya Electronics Panvel Mumbai ) and display got replaced under request no [protected]. Customer service agent requested to purchase extended warranty as my warranty going to expire on 30th Jun 21, so i have purchased extended warranty Within month on 13th July 21 i have again got display issue (Blue and Black dots on screen) so again visited Samsung authorized service center (Kavya Electronics Panvel Mumbai), this time they not accepted to repair or replace display under request no [protected]. I always trust Samsung brand from my first Galaxy S2 and now days i lost trust in Samsung mobile as it not last for 1 year . Kindly look into it, please let me know why device is not repaired under warranty and if its not consider under warranty please reverse my extended warranty amount Regards Sachin Gomle Was this information helpful? | |||
