We have make 1st complaint for our refrigerator in may 2020 and we purchased on 25.04.2016, we can not say complaint as our ref is in working but as a routine cleaning of ref we have seen some plastic is uneven in fridge compartment we have make 1st complaint to customer care they had send engineer to our location after seeing the fridge he notify that fridge sensor is not working and due to this defrost heating system had damaged internally and he said that he would consult senior engineer (Means your service engineer is not capable to take decision whether and how can it be best possible to repair it) for this issue if possible to resolve after few days we get call from vaishali sharma (Vaishali. [protected]@partner. Samsung.com) that fridge is not reparable in this position company will give us coupon of 10% of mrp 71000 as on our invoice will give us to buy another. She had regular call us to share invoice but we did not share because we know she is taking invoice only for coupon providing. We have said to her that if your engineer had said us that he would consult another engineer then you can send another engineer to visit and resolved it, after too many days of continued telephonic talk engineer comes and he did not checked fridge he had only capture the photo of invoice from us and said previous engineer had checked it and you will get 100% compensation because it is under manufacturing fault and it seems to be very long time at that time we had given them feedback that if your company feels that it is the very most important part of refrigerator that due to this fridge may comes in non-repairable condition then your company must provide two sensors instead of installing 1 sensor in a big refrigerator like 637 ltrs after taking snapshot of invoice your second time engineer visited had didn't check anything in refrigerator after few days of second visit and almost more then 10 calls had been received from vaishali sharma regarding the coupon only not for trying to get refrigerator repair she said in last that company is providing 45% refund. We are insisting the company to get best possible fridge repaired. How could a customer rely over your products that in 4 years of life your product comes under non-repairable condition. As company is giving 10 years of compressor warranty then customer believes that in the period of 10 years my refrigerator is safe and repairable by the company but it is totally opposite in our case as all mentioned above.
