[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung smartphone repair | |||||
I'm complaining about mobile ph which i bought from italy i have warranty but my phones battery is not working and samsung service center is refusing to repair this handset they said international warranty is not acceptable.. Even i'm agree to pay for new battery but they refused to repair... Now what i will do because i can't use 3rd party batteries for safety reasons... Service center staff suggested me to go into local repair shops and get 3rd party battery... Is it samsung customer service? They are not agree to repair his product not in warranty or not with money Was this information helpful? | |||||
