Samsung — Samsung watch 3 /wrong information given to me

Hi I have purchased a Samsung watch 3 from ssk retail shop phonix street on 21/8/2021 it was told to me that this watch is compactible to my new samsung mobile f62 so had taken the watch with blue tooth and lte but now I came to know from my service operator that this mobile is not compatible to this watch. I have spent a bomb on this watch but I m not able to use it .due to wrong information given to me .so either the company upgrade the watch .or give me a refund for the same as I have spent a huge amount for this watch .I have the invoice copy my invoice number ls sc11980
