[Resolved]  Samsung — Service Centre Misbehaviour

with respect to the above subject I would like to state that, My father had purchased Samsumg metro 313 in November. However, the set as defective as the green button did not work properly so that my father could not pick up the phone properly. Finding no way, out, I went to the Samsung Service Centre at Price Anwar Shah Road opposite to Taltala Ground. The man sitting on the desk took the phone to check and told there was no problem. I told several times to service it but he did not agree and returned the phone. Today my father facing the same problem last night, 71 years old and my mother went there but the same man on the desk misbehaved with them, did not even bothered to check the phone.Then the went to Samsung Mobile Centre at Soth City Mall, changed the phone by paing Rs 1900 thoung it was under guarantee as the model was not available. Please take action against that man of Samsung Service Ceentre at Price Anwar Shah Road otherwise who is tarnishing your reputation in the name of servicing on the desk after verifing my complaint . Also try to refund the money( Rs 1900) because non-availability of a set is not our problem. Please do the needful
