I am Vishal Verma, use to be a loyal Samsung consumer from Galaxy Note 9 to current galaxy S22 Ultra I have bought them all and used happily.
But the recent experience with Samsung has left bitter experience to say the least.
I had ordered galaxy s22 ultra and galaxy watch from Samsung portal of which s22 ultra got delivered and the watch was not, it was supposed to be a birthday gift for my fiance and it did not reach her on birthday.
To add salt to the wound it''s been more than 17 days since I raised complaint and no has cared to give me a tentative timelines despite following up twice daily on Samsung support on WhatsApp and call.
It leaves me with utter disappointing experience how can Samsung treat it''s prime customer who buy it''s flagships product after spending their hard earned money.
I''m afraid if I will be able to trust Samsung again with my purchases for someone special.
Request if you could please kindly let me know when the watch will be delivered tentatively and no false assurance "Our team is working on it" (This is the response i have been getting daily, no has bothered to call and inform me anything)
