Samsung — Washing Machine | |||
Nearly a week ago I have raised a request that my washing machine is not working properly and employee from nearby Samsung centre confirmed that there is a hole in the outer tub fixed to the machine that causes the leakage of water while machine is running. I had a communication with the service centre person personally and they have taken the machine to service centre and confirmed that it would take nearly 5 days to deliver again as it takes time to have a spare part of the machine. 6 days later, they have called and confirmed that the machine is working fine now and we can pay to them and I paid 3000/- to them . The machine was not delivered for two days even after repeatitive calls to the service centre. This clearly picturizes the negligence of Samsung over the customers. They are not at all responsible. Finally today my machine was delivered to home, and they only have fixed at a respective place in my home and left the place as earliest . As soon as I check whether the machine is working or not, I could see the leakage of water again and this time the machine is not releasing the drained water as well and could see the scratches too on the top/sides of the machine. I don't know like why the people are so irresponsible in Samsung and they even didn't checked whether machine is working properly or not. Seriously, I am vexed by the service provided by Samsung and now I need to register a complaint again and don't know how many days it takes this time. Poor service.
