There is a great blunder done by Samsung India. I have ordered Galaxy M 52 (8 GB RAM and 128 GB INTERNAL MEMORY) and I received Galaxy A 52 (6 GB RAM).
My order number is [protected]. The order was placed on January 7, 2022 (Friday) through Samsung App and I received the order Galaxy A 52 on January 8, 2022. After observing that it is Galaxy A 52, I immediately called Customer Care of Samsung India and reported the complaint on the same day.
On January 9, 2022 (Sunday), I received the email from ([protected]@email.support.samsung.com) and I have provided all the screenshots of the product I received.
The bill of the order inside the box (Galaxy A52) clearly shows that the product which was delivered to me is of Galaxy A52 and the address and name on someone else. The delivery was done by Savex Technologies Pvt. Ltd
I have been following up daily with your customer care but there has been no update/resolution from Samsung India team/support on the taking back the wrong product and delivery of my order.
Even there is no option in Samsung app for returning the product once delivered.
I already paid full in advance and have been expecting a resolution on delivery of my order for Galaxy M 52.
It has been more than a week since no action taken up from Samsung India and Samsung Electronics.
Today I got the call from Savex Technologies Pvt. Ltd. They asked me to keep Galaxy A 52 and they will pay the difference amount for Galaxy M 52. I clearly stated that I have ordered for Galaxy M 52 and I want the same product. Else refund the full amount immediately.
I don't know how and when they will deliver my order. Samsung India literally failed to meet the expectations.
Kindly provide my order else refund my amount along with interest.
