I am currently using sanchar online (www.sancharonline.net) broadband internet (User :a. P. Trivedi), mainly based in bhavnagar.
At the time of connection they promised me to give unlimited service @ speed of 1 mbps @ rs. 8000/yearly. I started using this service from march 23th, 2017. But from the first week it started troubling me, i never got to promise speed and connection. It got disconnected several times in a day.
I registered complaints about this issue several times during the first month of the connection. Every time i only got fake promises. I normally use internet for share trading and other financial transaction which required uninterrupted connection. Due to this inconvenience, i was unable to continue my transactions which led me to the loss of a few hundreds. To continue my trading and transactions i was forced to go to cyber cafes for which i also spent some more money.
At last i decided to discontinue the current internet service and on 11th july, 2017 i register one more complain regarding disconnection of the service but now they are forcing me to pay the bill whether i got the promised service or not. They also charged me rs.8000 at the time of installation.
At the time of installation i noticed the connection issue but their installation engineer told me that the problem will be fixed within few hours. But the problem is still not fixed.
It means they knew that the service will not work properly in my place, but to only increase their sale count they have cheated me. Which cost me loss in my share trading and mental harassment.
It also fraud fake services and fake promice to clients they are very bad service provider in bhavngar
Please never get service from sanchar
