Your representative Mr. Pankaj Joshi called me on 13 th oct to offer the combo pack of LED 32', Sony experia mobile, Jwelary set and dinning set. I have paid the ammount of Rs.15999 on the same day by my debit card. But till the time I have not received my Combo offer and not recevied my money basck. I have talked several times to your customer care representative, but no body was helped me. Few days back Miss Pooja was called me and said that your money will be given back and our representative will call me, but till the time I have not received any call for this from your side. Please give back my money.
