Sangeetha Mobiles — bad behavior and negligence | |||
I have exchanged my phone and brought a new phone by paying some amount. The store manager said that they do not have bill format for exchange of phones and gave me a written letter and told me that he will send me the bill to my email or phone number along with the money which they haven't settled me when i exchanged my old phone. Whenever i call the store some salesman answers it and gives a reckless answer. Manager won't come to line to speak. When i went to store today, to ask my bill and money which they owe me, it came to my understanding that they were thinking they had lost the phone which i they gave me without any proper bill. When i requested for prompt change, the person on cash counter was so rude to give me change, me and my friend want to complain on rude behavior towards customer (Me), i was polite to them. My self kushi, I have taken honor Holly 3 16gb ram and 2gb rom, 15 days back at the rate of 10000rs and the people in showroom have said if the price goes less u can claim it within a month. So now honor Holly 3 32gb ram is available at 8800rs. Please let me know how to claim that and what will be the procedure I have to know
