Sangeetha Mobiles — improper information

Hlo sir,
This is srikanth from mahabubnagar. I am from mahabubnagar, i preordered redmi note 5pro in sangeetha store in mahabubnagar last month 12th, and i also paid 2000 in advance, they said it may deliver with in 10 days, but still now i didnt get any information. When i recently called to store, they said ordered mobile is not available, u can collect your money.
What the worst kind your behavining with your customers. I dont want to collect the money i wanna my ordered mobile.
