Sangeetha Mobiles — Order not cancelling and not refunding money | |
I have placed an order(order no SAN[protected] on 27/6/2020. Initially money was paid but order didn't get confirmed. After mailing them with payment proofs it got confirmed. As per the order product should be delivered within 5-7 days. As I didn't get any update, I mailed them and also called them. I have been requesting for cancellation since 1/7/2020. After few days I got a call from them that product is not available and they will process the refund. Till now I didn't get any refund. Whenever I call or send mail, I only get one response that is" it's with concerned dept and is in processing". I don't understand how long does it take to process. Every customer care person picking the call tells that they will call back with updated status but I never got any update. I really regret placing an order with Sangeetha mobiles and would request others not to get fooled by these people. Was this information helpful? | |
