I had prebooked the redmi note 4 4gb 64gb Black worth 13499 on your website on 17th March 2017 and got this message

I am not able to track the order please give me an update on the same as soon as possible My money has already been deducted from my account.
I have paid the amount through pay with Amazon and already got the receipt from their side
If you don't have the courtesy to even give an update please issue a refund as soon as possible as I will book the same from mi.com or flipkart

Defective product was delivered made a mistake by purchasing through Sangeetha they don't have a proper return and refund service and their local shops don't care about the online orders now trying to get my money back by using consumer complaints
