I have lost my bill for galaxy a8 samsung mobile, purchased on 22th october 2015 in sangeetha mobiles next to nataraja theatre, seshdripuram, bangalore. Sangeetha Mobiles Customer Care's response Dear Prabhakar,

Thank you for bringing your issue to us.

We can certainly issue a duplicate invoice. To avail the same you need to visit the nearest store and pay Rs.100/- and share the receipt number and a copy will be mailed to the store where the print of the invoice will be shared. However we also want to clarify that the Insurance Company will not process claims with the duplicate invoice. You need to produce the original invoice issued at the time of purchase to avail your claims.
