[Resolved] Sangeetha Mobiles — sangeetha mobiles phone purchased but not delivered | |||||
I had purchased a phone sony xperia z5 dual and it is not delivered to me due to unavailability of stock. They are denying to refund the amount to me. I had called the customer care executive for online department of sangeetha mobiles pvt. Ltd. They told they would call me back but no reply till today. Mr. Naresh the sangeetha mobiles store manager told me to select another phone as they would not refund the amount and he tried to sell me an old sony phone telling it is new phone and seal of the box was also broken. To hide their mistakes, they have taken down the sony xperia z5 dual phone from the website. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I taken Samsung A9 2018 model .From my mobile they upgraded some thing they less the price 24, 00.After billing they collected again that amount.They told they will give by 10th.When I am going to the they r telling some issues .I don't like sangeeta too bad .it's on sahakar Hagar banglore took bad sangeeta stores
