Hello, I have ordered a mi 4 note from sangeetha mobiles on 13th april 2017. Today its 18th. They have still not shipped the product. I have to call them 4 to 5 times a day and the make false promises of delivering the product today. Very pathetic customer service. When we call them they are not able to hear us. We have to shout and talk. They still don't hear and disconnect the call many times. If you cant deliver the product, give us the refund. Its better to order from flipkart or ebay rather than ordering from sangeetha mobiles. Very bad exp. Was this information helpful? | |||||
