This is to inform you that i have purchase
sansui tv - 50 inch from my local dealer: kings electronics kalyan.
After once years, this tv stopped working due to some problem. I have complained it on customer care and they sent one guy mr. Nagesh pathak next day.. This guy came and took 1420/- for visiting charge and he told some parts are having problem and he will replace it. After continues followup, after 15 days he came and tried something but that didn't worked.
Then he told that there is a problem with panel and he will complain it and it will be replaced by company.
Till now neither i got any call from him and
sansui for this and even they have closed the ticket/ complain.
When trying to reach this guy he is not picking up the phone.
Again we called customer care and they told us they will reopen the complain and some other
person will visit. But still no body come to look into the matter.
Please find below complain details and treat this on priority unless we will lose our faith on
sansui india.
First complain

Sansui India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I need to raise a complaint and get it check as soon as possible.
TV is under warranty.
