This is to reference for my compliant no. GHA[protected] Dated 28.10.2018 against my sansui led tv. Facing the issue on display part.
Engineer came and visited on 28th Oct. 2018 and explain the problem for screen issue which covered under warranty. Same was reported to service center for replacement the same on regular basis.

After that i am regular following on phone since more than 55 days about the status of screen availability status but not getting positive response from your team.

I have Regularly call to Mr Abhishek last 40 days (Mob. No.[protected]) But they will refuse our call any time . This is totally unfair and harassment of customers.

Requesting to you please take up on this priority and resolve the issue because its long pending case more than 50 days

Today I have discuss with Mr Ranjeet Singh (Replacement Dpt.)
Regarding Replacement .but they will demanding Rs. 17435/=( LED under 3 Year warranty ) they have no any LED available for replacement . and taking unlimited time for material availability.
what is this . totally harassment of customers.
Know we have only option for take support consumer court against this matter. no any person co-prate me.

Kindly someone provide me with the Sansui Customer care number / email id as I am not able to find it. Sansui India website is not working.

I need to raise a complaint and get it check as soon as possible.

TV is under warranty.

    My 50" sanusi smart tv planel and board problem not yet rectified since 2 months.. Tv is under 5 years warranty, only 2 year completed. Im not geting any positive feedback from the service engineer.

      I purchased this sansui tablet sapphire st72 pro f11 with 1gb ram and 16 gb rom and 3000 mah battery in white colour b07jn61j2x,
      Serial no. [protected] through amazon india. The tablet was received on 30th november 2018.
      The tablet worked for 10 days and died. Now it works sometimes and dies again for a few days.
      This tablet was a replacement for an earlier one which was received on 20th november dead on arrival. Amazon india replaced it as it was within 10 days.
      The supplier in both cases is shri balaji technoworld co. Basement 1539 urban estate-2, hisar 125001 haryana.
      There is a one year warranty on this product. I need a replacement of this defective sansui tablet at the earliest.
      None of the sansui customer support nos. Work. An email to their customer support at [protected]@sansuimail.in has not been answered.
      Sansui India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I am having Sansui smart tv. In that YouTube some times tv is not working.
      Horizontal lines visible on the screen and this TV is under warrenty

        The backlight of my Sansui LED went away and then i contacted customer care, they sent their person who took away the TV on 27/07/2018 and after that company agreed for product replacement and a person from aditi enterprises came and made a cash recipt of 2020rs against product replacement on 30/09/2018 till that time the Tv was with Aditi enterprises, and after that they denied for product replacement and brought the product back to me with black spots on old Tv's screen, even when my product was in warranty and going to be replaced why did they got me a defected one and till now there is no whereabouts of my product and i still dont know that when am i gonna get my product and last week customer care people contacted me to know that did i recive the product because according to them company has issied me a new product but people from aditi enterprises has not given me yet and as from customer care i got two numbers of Mr.Mandlik- [protected] and Mr.shashikant-[protected] and both of them are not recieving calls since they took the product.Please give me the details as soon as possible

I register complaint regarding issue after too much effort company resolved only one of my issue other complaints are pending since june.           Led TV shut down automatically some time & on automatic. Ur serviceman repair led TV last month but again problems arises. He took 5000 rs. It's illegal to take money unnecessary & provide worse service to customer. My mobile no is [protected].

            Dear customer care,

            I have sansui tv 49" led, from last seven months it has a issue (I have attached receipt), one of your guy came and took 1060 rs. For the service and promise to replace the display within a week.

            From last 6 to 7 months i m followed up all of you guys whatever the new contact i got but no proper response from your side. I don't know why it is so late to repair my tv.

                Hi,

                This is to inform you that i have purchase sansui tv - 50 inch from my local dealer: kings electronics kalyan.

                After once years, this tv stopped working due to some problem. I have complained it on customer care and they sent one guy mr. Nagesh pathak next day.. This guy came and took 1420/- for visiting charge and he told some parts are having problem and he will replace it. After continues followup, after 15 days he came and tried something but that didn't worked.

                Then he told that there is a problem with panel and he will complain it and it will be replaced by company.

                Till now neither i got any call from him and sansui for this and even they have closed the ticket/ complain.

                When trying to reach this guy he is not picking up the phone.

                Again we called customer care and they told us they will reopen the complain and some other person will visit. But still no body come to look into the matter.

                Please find below complain details and treat this on priority unless we will lose our faith on sansui india.

                  Dear sir, we purchased sansui tv in jan 2018. It had one year wattenty.in june tv got problem and we gave it for service at srikakulam sansui service center (Dealer sansui, srikakulam, visakhapatnam [protected], [protected], [protected]). Complaint number (Vij[protected]). But still now we didn’t get my tv. It almost 4 months done. We are not getting tv. They are answering that they will give new tv and skipping every time. Please do favour to us. Thank you

                      My name is vineet from faridabad. Last year in dec, i purchased the sansui led tv. But from the last month, there is a problem occurs in it. The tv get switch off permanently as the power is not supplied. I call the service centre. The person is come but he said that there is a card in the tv which get damaged and he say that it requiresd 10 to 15 days to resolve the issue. Now 10 days will pass and i call today again the service centre person but there is no positive response from the another side. I don't want to say but your customer satisfaction level is zero from my side.
                      I request you to please resolve the matter as soon as possible or tell me if you are not able to do that.

                      I gave complaint to service my Sansui AC which was not cooling, and called Videocon customer care. there is no dedicated sansui service number.

                      No one resolved my complaint.

                        I have raised a query on 2nd oct 2018 for sansui washing machine.
                        Service engineer came next day at our home and inform that motor is not working & it has to be replaced.
                        He told us it will take 10-15 days to replace the motor. Till now it is not replaced.
                        I have called more than 15 times at [protected], they are saying engineer will come today or tomorrow. We are sending urgent reminder.
                        I have visited 4-5 times at skylark nallasopara, first two times they told me we don't have stock come after 2-3 days.
                        After that they given me a address & number for bhayender (Take cale) & also told me they have sent the mail for material requisition.
                        I have call many times at [protected] & [protected] but no one pickup the call.

                            I have buy a sansui led 40 inch TV with extended warranty from sargam electronic in Noida. After one year the TV causes some problem . So I call to repair the TV and after that a worker come from fix home solutions and he charge rs.955 and he said when the company will send the product which is to be repaired then the TV will repair and after 2 weeks the worker come but he can't repair TV and he say that the company had send a wrong product and after 3 months when I call them they said the TV has to be sent to their office and the TV is repair within a 2 weeks and I go to fix home solutions and they send my TV to their office . Now it's been a 4 months from which my TV isn't repaired and whenever I call them they said that the company hasn't send the product which is to be repaired.

                              This is vishnu from jangaon. I'll buy the tv 4 years back at jangaon. Model is raga classic tv. It will be worked 4 years properly. And it facing problem from 3 months. First 2 months takes 10 to 15 minutes for sound. Then it will be takes hours to turn on from one month. I would like to know the reason for this problem and how can i fix it this problem.

                                Purchased led tv on 31st march 2016 (Receipt attached) from rahul electronic, nalasopara, palghar, ms. After about 10 months tv display was not clear due to linings. After repeated contact to[protected] one guy from tekcare india pvt. Ltd, inspected tv, charged rs.1420 as a service charge (Receipt attached) and told me your tv will be repaired free of charge. There after 2/3 repeated contact, told me your tv will be replaced by new one as subject card not available across india. After few months again told me that you will get refund as your model is not available across india. Till today my tv not repaired, not replaced or nor i got refund. All this months i have contacted[protected], [protected], mr. Kapkar[protected], mr. Mane[protected], mr. Patil[protected], mr. Rajiv-[protected], one call from[protected] and mr. Rohidas-[protected]. Except assurance nothing i got till today. Can anyone will give me a sansui top official contact details, so that issue will be highlighted to them and will get resolved as soon as possible. Receipt attached for information.

                                    Respected sir, i bought sansui 32 inch led tv last year., recently tvs panel is completely gone, i gave complaint to customer care 2-3 times my complaint nmbr jam [protected] but no one trying to resolve my problem even the tv is in warranty, i asked about my led to shopkeeper and distributors they said that company is bankrupt and no longer able to resolve complaint so i request to resolve my complaint as soon as possible. As company gave me 3 years warranty... Meanwhile five months back i received a call from one o[censored]r employee namely omar and he told me that please bring ur led here as we have to send the same to jammu for replacement. I had done the same but the same has not been replaced yet. I had also contacted mr ashwani gupta but everything in vain.                                       We have purchased the sansui 32 inch led tv on 21 Apr 2016 (Invoice attached) from Kumar electronics H-19/170, Delhi 110085 with 3 years warranty period. The tv is not working since last 108 days.

                                      We have filed a complaint in this connection on 28.07.2018(complaint registered with mobile number [protected]) in the customer service centre and representative has visited the home on 30.07.2018 and charged RS 600 as visiting charge(bill attached) but LED was not repaired as he told us that some display part of the tv is defective and it is not available in the service centre so wait till the part is available.

                                      After that many complaint raised but mobile number given by customer service center were either not geniune or not received.If at all received by anyone to then only next date of faulty part coming was given. We are quite fed up to hear this type of answer from the representative that the sansui the world leader company parts not available in market.

                                      More than 108 days has passed but situation is the same (Parts of tv not available).

                                        I taken split ac it worked for 45days
                                        & unofficially stopped working i'm trying to contact to customer service no number is working and i contacted to flipkart they provided number's are private service center they don't deal with warranty product so request to provide me some support number who can resolve my issues and the service of sansui-india is too poor
