Sansui India — black dot in display but not solve the complaint till date

Dear sir,
As per my complaint no. Mum[protected] dt 14/09/2018
For black dot in display m/s. Shraddha enterprises attend & ask for replacement of display part without any charges because still the warranty is not over.
I called many times to m/s. Shraddha enterprises for replacement of display part than also they are not show in interest to attend my complaint last 10 month.
