Sansui India — defective product received but after many complaints company not taking action | |||
Hello, I am sumit ved from nangloi, new delhi. I purchased a sansui led tv from a local nearby store (Haryana tv palace mo.[protected]) at 1st january, 2018. But it is defected peice as it's volume automatically increase and decrease. Then i complaint to sansui customer care and a executive come to home but not take any action and return after taking some pictures of led. After that many complaints resistered by me but my issue is not resolved. Customer executive mo.[protected] My contact no.
