Sansui India — i'm complaining about sansui 55 inch led tv | |||
I baught sansui 55 inch led tv on[protected]., recently tvs panel is completely gone, i gave complaint to customer care 2-3 times but no ones trying to resolve my problem even if the tv is in warranty, i asked about my led to shopkeeper and distributors they said that company is bankrupt and no longer able to resolve complaint so i request to resolve my complaint as soon as possible. I had purchased new sansui 32 inch TV and within 6 months the display panel is gone. The service center promised to replace the TV with new one but now 3 months has passed there is no replacement received. The reply is tv is not in stock. Complaint id is Pun[protected]
