Sansui India — Order not placed pls refund | |||
Grievance Type : Complaint Grievance Details : Dear Sir/Madam May 31th ordered sansui 43inch full HD led smart Antroid TV JSW43ASFHD Rs.14990 in Sansui web store.I followed all steps and finally, tried to paid UPI TRANSACTION.I had a msg from sansui web stores Whatever it is, BANKOPEN has requested money on your Google Pay UPI app. On approving, Rs. 14990.00 will be debited from your account.So i paid Rs.14990.Amount debited my account..but order not placed.so i send msg to customer service...june 1st dear customer it will reverse your amount 5_7 working days..but today 14th june not yet get my refund amount.i send so many emails but they are not responding. So I kindly request you to take an action to recover my refund amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
