I had purchased a Sansui LED with 3years warranty by SARGAM Karol Bagh Delhi. But in month of march 2019. this LED video picture is not working properly. so i launched a complaint.So your engineer visited and charged me 1300/- on dated - 23/03/19. I have purchase a Sansui LED TV set from Great Eastern Trading co., Kolkata on 26.12.17 Invoice No. G1124/1718/09574 . This TV set screen (pannel) is damage, same is certified by Sansui service center's Engineer. I have not received service till date.
please help me
