[Resolved] Sansui India — product issue
I have raised a query on 2nd oct 2018 for sansui washing machine.
Service engineer came next day at our home and inform that motor is not working & it has to be replaced.
He told us it will take 10-15 days to replace the motor. Till now it is not replaced.
I have called more than 15 times at [protected], they are saying engineer will come today or tomorrow. We are sending urgent reminder.
I have visited 4-5 times at skylark nallasopara, first two times they told me we don't have stock come after 2-3 days.
After that they given me a address & number for bhayender (Take cale) & also told me they have sent the mail for material requisition.
I have call many times at [protected] & [protected] but no one pickup the call.

This was also not completed, engineer visited only. Problem still same...
