Sir,
I have bought top loading automatic washing machine through flipkart in December 2021.
In May 2022, this machine started showing some error code and stops during operation. On 16th May'22, I have registered a complaint with Flipkart and after a week Flipkart told me to register complaint direct to Sansui Customer care.
On 23rd May'22, I have registered complaint with SANSUI. Now it's been 3 months the machine is in dead condition. Till today, 7 times different parts were replaced, 10 times different technician were visited but no one could find out actual fault. From bottom level to top level person were involved in resolving this issues but all in vain. When they all realized that this machine can't be rectified further then everyone started giving me assurance on replacement. On 30th July 2022, Sansui Head ( india) Mr. Vinod Yadav personally started addressing this issues and assured me for replacement of this machine immediately. Now he is not responding to calls nor any messages. Even his colleagues involved in this matters are also irresponsive.
Its been exactly 3 months from now and I want to file complaint against SANSUI INDIA and seek full refund amount of Rs. 12999 along with compensation Rs. 8000 on the said act causing great loss and damage besides mental tension, trauma and inconvenience and loss of value of money.
Please look into this matter and resolve it immediately.
