[Resolved] Sansui India — Repair not being done in satisfactory time | |||||
Hello sir, this is Aishwarya from Delhi. I ordered a mobile for my mother earlier this month, Sansui WF79000 through Flipkart. It got delivered on 7th April. Last week, its screen got whitened out. I searched for Sansui customer centres on web, and found Godsons Enterprises in Karol Bagh. Charger was also creating problem, it was not charging properly. I went and submitted mobile on Monday. They said its display will have to be changed, and it will take minimum one-one and a half month! One month to change display! This is huge. We have got many mobiles serviced in the past, but it has never taken more than 3-4 days to change display. They said company's service is slow. I don't understand how slow is it. Is there any direction from company to get such a complaint resolved in some minimum number of days? Or aren't they supposed to dispose off a complaint in atleast a week or maximum 10 days!? If it is from company's side, why should I not take a step against you? We bought mobile for Jio; now how are we going to use net and free calling? How are we going to make use of Jio's Summer Special Offer which is valid for just 3 months, when we are losing 1-1.5 months in repair itself! The mobile and charger are still with the shop. Please look into the matter and resolve it asap. Perception of a company matters a lot and it is made by word-of-mouth publicity only!
