Hi, My friend purchased Sansui refrigerator from Flipkart (Invoice Ref no Invoice OD[protected] on March 30th, 2016 from WS Retail for me. After using for almost 3 years, its compressor doesn't seem to be working as coils getting heated up and no cooling is happening. Please, could you send a Sansui service executive to check and replace the compressor if need be? I've sent mail to sansui customer care emails but there's no response. Also, please if you could share if there are any prior charges for an executive visit which ideally should be free under warranty cover of 4 years?
