Sansui India — urgent complaint no [protected] dated 5th july 2018 not solved yet. | |||||
Sir, this is to inform you that i launched complain on july 5/2018. As my 39 inches led becomes black lines and patches. One technician from your service center came to my residence and checked it and i paid service charges 944/rs to him. He told me that within 7 days they will change panel. As i purchased sansui led 39 inches in may 2017 from authorised dealer and it is in warranty period. Since from last 2 months i called every week to service centre and also i called area manager mr rajesh also i called west delhi zonal manager mr mohd. [protected]@tekcare.co.in and they assured me that led panels not available as your led is in warranty period so we will change your led, but from last 6 days onwards many times i called mr mohd shaheem but neither he picked the phone nor he call me back is this kind of service you are providing to your customer and make us fool. Sir if i will not get proper solution against my problem within 7 days from your company then i will take the action.
