Money taken but service has not been provided yet. No arrangements have been made for arranging the learner's license. Also the classes have not started. The owner does not respond to calls or messages. Very unprofessional behavior. Have caused mental tension and harassment. This is a clear case of money extortion. The speed at which they collected the money is not seen in delivery of services. There has been multiple other complaints against them but there seems to be no change in their approach.

Need refund of my rs 4500
