Sanyo — Without checking gas, service agent is saying gas is full and not showing the readings

I complained about cooling. I agree that some cleaning was done after a long argument by me but the agent initially said both cleaning and filling gas was not necessary inspite of both the requirement. I know the difference in cooling that reduced drastically because of gas leak. Instead of solving the gas leak issue that caused the leak 4 times in last 1 year, the agent continually denied that anything is required at all. He denied showing me the gas reading. I messaged the office too inspite of several calls to bring the device to show me the reading. Still he simply denied. Why do u hire such people who don't want to work. He came 10 days after complaining that too after it became dark. I took leave and waited 2 days for him to come. He didn't even pick my calls or confirm me when they will come exactly. Is that the way u treat a customer who took AMC on ur product? I feel I made a big mistake buying sanyo. I am also having a samsung, hyundai, voltas ACs that never troubled me. Their service is also very great.
