Hello Guys, I am Prasanth, I was looking for an online training on SAP HANA for quiet time but never saw them before. In August2019, one guy who introduced himself as Sudheer(Phone:-+[protected], email:- [protected]@saptrainings.in) from this institute situated in Mangalore, Karnataka(which is a fake address which is provided in their website)contacted me through WhatsApp & we had a discussion regarding my course requirement & told me one counsellor named Sindhu will contact me for further details. Then after sometime that Lady Sindhu(Phone:-+[protected], email:- [protected]@saptrainings.in) called me and told me that all the classes will be highly experienced Trainer led interactive sessions with 12 months server access, certification dumps, interview questions & other study materials. Then she sent me one mail containing all details with one demo link which I watched. The very next day she told me to attend live demo session but I realised that it was the same demo session she gave me earlier. On asking her she rejected with multiple irrelevant excuses and did conference me with the trainer. I discussed with trainer & somehow got assured by trainer & enrolled by paying Rs 18000 to their Provided account(Bank:- AXIS Bank, Name:- Nagamani Kankipati, Account Number:-[protected]). When I attended the first online class, I realised that it wasn’t a live session rather it was a previously recorded session. Then I logged out of that session the first called Sindhu, upon confronting Sindhu initially she lied to me continuously with different unnecessary reasons like webinar issues and others. When she realised that her lies are caught upon getting nervous, she passed phone to other guy who introduced himself to be Sandeep, I asked him that I was promised during my counselling period by Sindhu and sudheer in online chat box in their website that all the online classes will be interactive only which was not. With a lot of arguments I asked them to refund my entire 18k & they agreed to do so. But its already more than 1 month, they haven’t transferred a single penny to my account from then, I tried to contact them over WhatsApp but Sudheer has blocked me on WhatsApp & Sindhu neither picking my call nor replied to my seen messages. I am keep on asking them every day through mails but no-one is responding to messages and calls.

Finally today When I asked Sudheer about my refund, he is denying to refund me and talking very aggressively with me with giving me threatening that he will complaint against me. They are making deals in a way that they will provide all recorded sessions, certification dumps & materials with half price which are completely useless and downloaded from youtube.
