Came to know about Insaraf.com through a friend who said that they are good and deliver the furniture at reasonable rates
Visited the site (https://www.insaraf.com/) and checked for the furniture.
Placed the order for Solid Wood Turner Dining Set 6 Seater Set (1 Table + 6 Chairs) on 19th December 2021 with Transaction ID: [protected]
Received a mail on 19th December 2021 from Insaraf that order has been confirmed
Received a mail on 20th December 2021 from Insaraf that order has been production
Received a mail on 23rd December 2021 from Insaraf containing the invoice of the order
Received a mail on 23rd December 2021 from Insaraf that order has been shipped
Received a mail on 24th December 2021 from Insaraf that Order is in transit and will be delivered by 30th December 2021
Received a mail on 25th December 2021 from Insaraf that order has been confirmed (Refer Annexure 7) which was a bit confusing as I had received a mail mentioning shipment already on 19th December 2021
Received a mail on 25th December 2021 from Insaraf that order has been shipped (Refer Annexure 8) which was a bit confusing as I had received a mail mentioning shipment already on 23rd December 2021
I took it be an IT issue which may have occurred at Insaraf and hence the mails have been sent again and ignored the same
Received another mail on 25th December 2021 from Insaraf that Order is in transit and will be delivered by 30th December 2021
Received a mail on 31st December 2021 from Insaraf that Order is out for delivery
The product was not delivered on 31st December 2021 and received another mail on 1st January 2022 from Insaraf that Order is out for delivery
I got a mail from Insaraf on 1st January 2022 that product has been delivered at 10:54PM even though the product was not delivered
The product was delivered on 2nd January 2022 but there was no response for installation from Insaraf. I called up the Customer Support and I was informed that I will get a call from Installation Team. I got a call from Installation team and was informed that ₹ 950 will be chargeable for the installation.
I sought a clarification from Insaraf and was informed that payment needs to be done after the installation is done
The installation person visited the location on 4th January 2022 and which opening the package found that the Table and 2 chairs were damaged and informed that it will be replaced
The undersigned sent a mail to Insaraf complaining the same on 05th January 2022. A mail in this regard was also sent by the installation team
Received a mail from Insaraf that complain has been logged with Request no #197621 and will be resolved soon
There has been a number of mail that has been sent to Insaraf and many calls made to Insaraf
The damaged Table and Two chairs have been picked up by Insaraf on 11th February 2022.
The chairs were finally replaced on 12th February 2022 and the same is still lying-in packed state as no one has come to open it.
I have been following up for the replacement of table but am getting the same reply that will be done soon but has not been done till date
Its now more than six months and the table is yet to be delivered. I would like to get the refund as the table has still not been delivered
