I ordered two cots with Saraf furniture last month and after few calls they delivered one cot last week, The cot was defective, i immediatley called the showroom and told them and then he asked me to send a mail.i sent a mail with the pictures
1. There was a piece missing below the headboard, sent the pictures of the missing piece and the picture on the website to the store person as well as the customer care mail id
2. The plywood sheet on top was broken, they promised a replacement but haven't received it till now.
3. The drawer was chipped
4. The alignment of the drawers was not correct.
I keep calling the store everyday and also send mails but haven't received a proper response.
For the missing piece, the person in the store first told me that the picture on the website was an old picture( if that is true, why is there now when the bed is sold now) and then he changes it saying that piece is not available cause i ordered a cot with storage, so i told him to check the website the picture clearly shows storage in the next picture..
They are just lying and not accepting their fault..We buy things trusting what is shown to us but never expect them to cheat later.
Im tired of writing mails and waiting for their response.
