Ordered dining table on through order number #INSF[protected] Nov 06, 2018 & paid the amount on the same day, even though the promised delviery date was 12th november delivered on 27th Nov.
It was damaged on the edge & was not ready accept the delivery, after confirming with Customer Care about replacemetn soon accepted the delivery. Even though complained Customer Care representative L K Agarawal at 5:34pm there was no compaint number I could receive. Even after alot of follow-up over email/chat & customer care finally could register complaint ( with compaint number #70313 ) . Appaling, even their delivery boy knows the item was in damaged state, they claimed they need to send representative for inspection. None visited even after a week..
Unfortunately, no response from custoemer care as well !!
