At the time of deliver, the glass of the right door was broken and the wooden frame of the left door was also broken. I raised a complaint immediately with the photos of the broken shelf. I didn't get any response from them. I called them the next evening and got a response that they have sent the request to the higher level. No response till next day. I again called the next day and again they said they will send a carpenter to assess the damages. As the product was broken at the time of delivery, i am not sure why they need to send a carpenter to assess the damage. When i asked when will they send the carpenter, they said the next day or day after. I am worried if the product will be replaced. Their response is very poor. They dont send any updates. We have to call them everytime to know the status of the complaint.
