Saraswat Bank — complain about vijay nagari branch kiosk | |||||
Hi This ia vipul joshi, [protected]. I have deposited cash at kiosk dated on 13/12/2017 at 5:39pm,,, i have deposited 18000 rupees cash, denomitions of 500 * 4 and 2000 *8. Receipt transactions numbet is 10669.. Still its not credited and its 24 hours on, still btanch is saying it will take more time,, i want to say what is the use of machine and some one want to make payment of hospital bill then what person will do... Every time I ask for PDF files for home loan statement, intrest certificate, they make me send 10-20 mails, call bank everyday, not a single person responds properly, everyday they just telling next day.
Horrible service, horrible bank
