Saraswat Bank — debit card deduction | |||
Sir/ madam... I have join ac in your bank named devika nagesh chilkanti..ac no. [protected]. On 02/09/2018 at 1130 hrs.. I filled petrol in my scooter at sathe petro pump.. Vishal nagar pune 27.. I swipe the card of amount rs. 320/- due to some error. I didnt show transaction in their swipe machine.. That time i used my another card... And again swipe 2nd card.. I seen the deduction two time from both cards for 1 transaction.. My money was deducted from both cards at a time.. The person on petrol pump show me one transaction in their record.. My debit card isn't operating, it works fine until entering the amount, once amount is entered it says transaction timed out. What could be the reason for it?
