Saraswat Bank — debit o[censored]nauthorised charges to my sb a/c

Wrongly Debited My above A/c on 04/07/2017 with Rs. 472/- being ABB demat charges & credited With Rs. 12/- on 04/07/2017 being excess demat charges refunded.
Now the question is, I do not hold any Shares of ABB Ltd.-- How I will submit for DEMAT the same. You can check my Demat A/c & confirm my statement.
I went to Br. twice with the same query, but still even after ONE YEAR, not resolved. Have you ever credited shares of ABB Ltd. to my A/c ???? If yes, show the credit of shares to my demat A/c...If NO, why no action taken to resolve the query till now ????
My A/c should be re-credited with PRINCIPAL+INTEREST amount involved in the transaction at earliest.
